Earlier this year we reported that a leaked Bethesda release schedule revealed plans to bring TES IV: Oblivion to PS3 and PSP. Bethesda then responded saying nothing was announced yet, but now that rumor seems to have gained some more credibility by way of a pre-order/product page over at online retailer Gamestop. While the PSP version is still absent, the PS3 edition is listed with a tentative release date of November 6, 2006.

Federal District Court Judge James Brady has denied Jack Thompson's filing of an amicus curiae ("friend of the court") motion in the ongoing lawsuit over Louisiana's recently-enacted video game law.
