Untold Legends: The Warrior's Code is the next game in the Untold Legends series following the top- selling Brotherhood of the Blade. The Warrior's Code is an entirely new RPG, as compared to its predecessor, with an evolutionary interactive combat engine, new 3D enhanced graphics, special effects and lighting.

Take 2's Preliminary 2005 Results Reveal Delays and New Titles

Take 2 today announced preliminary net sales of $1.2 billion for its 2005 fiscal year and Q4 net sales of $308 million. The results reveal that College Hoops 2K6 and Top Spin 2 have been pushed back from Q1 to Q2 2006 to provide additional time for development. A few new games were also introduced, including the port of GTA: Liberty City Stories to a current-gen console (most likely the PS2), and two new titles for the PSP, including an all-new GTA offering.

'Street Fighter II' Hyper Fighting' (X360) Announced

Capcom today announced its first title for Xbox Live Arcade, Street Fighter II' Hyper Fighting. In addition to several offline modes and numerous leaderboards and achievements, the game takes advantage of the new online features of Xbox 360 to create a seamless online multiplayer experience.

Magitech has released the first patch for its strategy game, bringing the English retail version to v1.21, but no details as to what it fixes are available at this point.

VU Games today announced that it has completed the purchase of independent developer, High Moon Studios. VU Games will retain High Moon's team of more than 100 development professionals, as well as rights to the studio's intellectual properties. Child Molestation Case Involving Xbox Live

The Mercury Post is reporting that a 26-year-old man was arrested on charges he molested a 14-year-old boy he met through Xbox Live. After meeting online their conversations progressed to sending e-mails, and web cam videos, including obscene clips. The teenager then still passed on his telephone # and address and they met in a Santa Rosa park in November where the alleged physical abuse occurred.
