GBA Review - 'Gameboy Advance SP'

And now for something completely different. Over here at WorthPlaying we usually focus our efforts to review and preview the multitude of PC and console games that come out every week, but exceptions can be made here and there for certain products. One such product is Nintendo’s Gameboy Advance SP, which at first glance seems too similar to the original Gameboy Advance to garner a purchase. However, upon closer inspection the GBA SP wildly surpasses the original version, with a slew of features that the original GBA simply doesn’t have.

Painkiller is a first-person horror shooter, designed to satisfy the gamer's hunger for intense, fast-paced action. You are Painkiller, a mercenary for hire, charged with cleaning out nests of the undead. But an unholy pact with a demon unknowingly puts you square in the middle of a fight for control of the underworld... with the future of humanity hanging in the balance. After our initial preview we had a chance to check out an updated build and here is the result!

In this gritty and darkly humorous 3rd person action adventure, players join the courageous Brotherhood of Steel, whose mission is to maintain peace in the grim post-nuclear world of Fallout. Challenged by hordes of ghouls, mutants and other radioactive nightmares, players utilize a combination of intense combat strategies including melee, ranged weapons and explosives to fulfill their daunting task of defeating the mutant army in hopes of restoring humanity in a nearly unlivable universe. Xbox Review - 'True Crime: Streets Of L.A.'

Inspired by Hong Kong action films, the game lets players assume the role of tough-as-nails detective Nick Kang, bent on settling a personal vendetta with the L.A. underworld. As Kang, players will be able to dispense their own personal brand of justice through automotive combat, a variety of rib cracking martial arts moves and the business end of dual 45s.
