Square Enix updated its Q1 2009 lineup revealing that in addition to the previously announced Star Ocean: Second Evolution (PSP) and Star Ocean: The Last Hope (X360), both the remade classic, Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride (NDS), and Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume (NDS) will be primed and ready.

Steel Fury: Kharkov 1942 is based on a little-known Russian offensive that occurred during May 1942, in which a German counterattack had three Soviet armies surrounded, forcing them to fight their way out of the Barvenkovskiy Kotel ‘meat grinder’.

Midway has released its Q3 2008 financial results, revealing that it continues to lose money despite reorganizing and other attempts to stop the bleeding. While net revenues were up 50%, net loss nearly doubled from last year's $33.5 million to $75.9 million. While Matt Booty was recently promoted to president and CEO, Shari Redstone, daughter of media mogul Sumner Redstone, resigned as a board member.
