SouthPeak Games has signed a publishing agreement with Lexis Numérique for its newest old-school 2D side-scroller action adventure game, Mister Slime, featuring clever “elastic” controls.

Ubisoft announces that it has concluded an agreement with Gameloft to acquire its video game development studio based in Pune, India. The studio will initially focus on porting titles to handhelds and reinforcing Ubisoft’s testing teams. Last week EA finally revealed that it would be releasing Rock Band in Europe on May 23, but only on Xbox 360 as Microsoft scored a timed exclusive. Apart from the pricing outrage (inexplicably the bundle in twice as expensive) it turns out PS2, Wii and PS3 gamers will have to wait until August.
