Neversoft No Longer Developing Tony Hawk Games

In a recent interview, Neversoft president Joel Jewett revealed that it was no longer developing Tony Hawk titles, but instead speculation is that newly founded Robomodo is on the case. Last year, market-research firm Intellisponse leaked a bunch of info on upcoming Activision Blizzard games, including the fact that the next Tony Hawk would use a new controller, "shift your weight to turn and balance grinds, kick back on the tail of the board to ollie, and lean into airs to pull off huge spins." Activision didn't quite confirm any of the rumors but did say that you wouldn't use your hands, while Tony Hawk himself revealed the next game would include accelerometer technology.

'MadWorld' (Wii) - New Screens

MadWorld is a third-person action game that has a unique black & white style depicting a sharp backdrop that straddles graphic novels and 3-D worlds, mixing irreverent humor and over-the-top violence.

'Fable II' (X360) Gets Title Update, Fixes Bugs

'Monster Hunter 3' (Wii) - 30 New Screens

Expected to make an appearance on the PS3, Capcom surprised everybody in Japan by announcing Monster Hunter 3 for the Wii instead. MH Tri-, pronounced as "try," is an action RPG series where you hunt down fantastical monsters.

'Neverwinter Nights 2' to Get Third Expansion ?

Neverwinter Nights 2 is an RPG set in the fantasy world of the Forgotten Realms, taking you from the tiniest of villages into a sweeping tale of danger and war, chronicling your rise from a peasant to a full-fledged hero of the Realms, defending it against one of the greatest threats of the age. After two expansion packs (Mask of The Betrayer and Storm of Zehir) and one adventure pack (Mysteries of Westgate) Atari revealed that "we are discussing doing another expansion pack with the team. And I'm pretty sure it's gonna happen."

'X-Men Origins: Wolverine' (ALL) Official Website Launched

X-Men Origins: Wolverine, based on 20th Century Fox's upcoming movie, enlists players to experience the tormented origins of Wolverine, from his escape of the Weapon X facility to the jungles of Africa and beyond. Activision has launched the game's official website featuring a new 3-D screenshot showing Wolverine in action, and the community forum.

'League of Legends: Clash of Fates' - New Screens

League of Legends, developed by Riot Games, is an online multiplayer session-based game that combines elements of role-playing and strategy genres with addictive battle action. EA Expands Steam Offerings with 'Red Alert 3' And 'Dead Space'

Mid Dec. 2008 Electronic Arts finally caved and decided to offer its latest titles through Valve's digital delivery system Steam, in addition to its own, often criticized, EA Store. The initial titles were Spore, Spore Creepy & Cute Parts Pack, Warhammer Online, Mass Effect, Need for Speed Undercover and FIFA Manager 2009, with more to follow. Several weeks later a second batch of titles has been added, Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, and Dead Space with Mirror's Edge to follow in the near future.
