Playstation Store Gets Qore #2, Rock Band/Guitar Hero Tracks

Sony has rolled out new PlayStation Store content starting with Qore Episode 02 ($2.99) which includes Part one/three following the development of Resistance 2. Also present are the weekly Rock Band tracks (Crüe Fest Pack 1 for $2.99) and the Top Gun Anthem for Guitar Hero III (free), and of course there are the usual game/movie trailers, PS3 themes and wallpapers.

Apart from The Who drama, and Rock Band 2 leaks, MTV and Harmonix announced that the next addition to the Rock Band Music Store will be two tracks from Red Hot Chili Peppers (Snow Hey Oh, and Tell Me Baby) as well as a double dose of Rush (Closer to the Heart, Working Man). Especially worth of note is that Rush's Working Man track is different from the old DLC, a never before released recording of the hit single with an alternate solo.

While there has yet to be an official announcement, it's no secret that Capcom is working on Mega Man 9 for Nintendo's downloadable WiiWare service. Series creator Keiji Inafune is involved in the creative process of this 8-bit creation, designing the famously hard to beat bosses. Apart from loads of items returning from various SNES iteration returning to the franchise, there will be plenty of new stuff to acquire, or buy, as a shop has been added to the mix where you can buy new armor, spike shoes, energy balancers, etc.
