In an
interview with EuroGamer, Remedy's Petri Järvilehto said that they were looking into the possibility to offer its upcoming next-gen title Alan Wake through a system similar to Valve's Steam. Fans of boxed games can rest assured though, as Remedy is only looking into it as an "option," while its main distributiuon will be done through the conventional boxed copy method. Petri also said that he thinks a digital only distribution is still a ways off.

Digital Jesters is set to further expand its portfolio of titles for 2005 as the firm announces a fresh partnership with French publisher Nobilis. Digital Jesters, founded by ex-CDV members in 2003, announced that it has reached an agreement with Take-Two to distribute PC games in North America. The games that are part of the agreement will be the first titles Digital Jesters has published in the U.S. Since Digital Jesters is self-publishing Bet on Soldier in North America, we can assume it will be part of the agreement.
