The game, developed by Presto Studios, has achieved the Number One position in the PC charts in the biggest PC markets: Germany, France. The game is also Number Two in the United Kingdom.
The Myst III Collector’s Edition, released simultaneously has also a been huge success, containing a copy of the game itself, a official players Prima Guide and the exceptional Making Of documentary screened on UK television.
