Vivendi Announce Expansion Of Three All-New Titles

Knowledge Adventure, a studio of Vivendi Universal Publishing, today announced the expansion of it's popular Fisher Price range with the launch of three all-new titles specifically for boys ages 5 plus, on the PC and the Sony PlayStation One console this Easter, based on Fisher Price's best-selling Rescue Heroes toy line and their best-selling battery powered ride-on vehicle, Power Wheels.

Rescue Heroes™ Molten Menace™ (Format: PlayStation® One)

Designed especially for young players, Rescue Heroes™ Molten Menace™ provides fun, age appropriate video game play on the Playstation® One game console. Kids become quick-thinking, fast action heroes as they leap into real time 3D action with their favourite Rescue Heroes™ characters to save the town of Misty Peaks from an erupting volcano, which is causing lava flows, clouds of ash, flooding, earth tremors and other dangers.

Rescue Heroes™ Meteor Madness™ (Format: Windows®/MacIntosh® CD-ROM)

In Rescue Heroes™ Meteor Madness™, a storm of blazing meteorites wreaks havoc around the world, unleashing potential disasters of every kind. Emergency calls pour into the Rescue Heroes™ Command Centre, where players can choose from four trouble spots around the world and join the Rescue Heroes™ Team to complete rescue missions at each location.

Power Wheels™ Off Road Adventure (Format: Windows®/MacIntosh® CD-ROM)

This high-octane off-road fun-plex is fully loaded with awesome jumps, spectacular spinouts and dirt-throwing madness. Featuring four eye-popping environments, kids can build their own off-road adventure by experimenting with dozens of ramps, obstacles and debris that affect their driving adventure, then rip into action in The Eliminator™.

The new titles will be supported by online marketing activity, targeted direct mail, consumer advertising in children's and specialist magazines, backed with a dedicated PR campaign in the national, parenting, children's and regional media with retailer marketing support for specific in-store promotions. Knowledge Adventure will also be working closely with Mattel to maximise the potential of these exciting new games.
