Aspiring entrepreneurs everywhere can now make the deals of a lifetime from the comfort of their PCs with "Big Biz Tycoon," the newest simulation from Activision Value Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Publishing, Inc. As would-be business moguls, gamers will experience the highs and lows of creating an empire as they design products, build offices, hire and fire staff, and even go public. "Big Biz Tycoon" is currently available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $19.99 and carries an "E" rating by the ESRB.

"We've brought the fast-paced excitement of big business straight to gamers' keyboards -- where you're only as good as your last business plan!" said Danny Hammett, President of Activision Value Publishing. "Whether it's developing new products, securing a loan for more money from the bank or buying out the competition, `Big Biz Tycoon' offers everything from Wall Street to Main Street."

In "Big Biz Tycoon" players start from the ground up, overseeing product R&D, distribution and advertising, while maintaining a happy yet productive workplace, by hiring and firing staff, decorating the office and planning company outings. As the marketplace wields its influence, gamers may also need to secure bank loans, buy and sell stock or even go for it all with an IPO!

Minimum system requirements include a Pentium 266MHz or equivalent, 32MB RAM, a DirectX® 8 compatible 8MB Video Card and Sound Card, 4X CD-ROM, 600MB available hard disk space, Mouse and Keyboard and Windows 98/2000/ME.
