The publishing giant is co-operating with the Bruce Lee Fan Club (UK) to produce an event in honour of the classic martial artist. Taking place at Bradford's Pictureville Cinema on Sunday, September 1st, the doors will open at 10:00am, with rare big screen presentations of the uncut version of Way of the Dragon. Entrance is free.
The event will also be premiering the new Bruce Lee: Immortal Dragon and Famous Families: The Lee's Actions Speak Louder than words. Specially filmed interviews with Bruce Lee's friends and co-stars will also be shown, while Vivendi's stunning Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon title will be available for visitors to try out first-hand.
Entry to the event is absolutely free, although members of The Bruce and Brandon Lee Association and the Bruce Lee Fan Club (UK) can apply for privileged tickets by sending their membership numbers and an SAE to BBLA, PO Box 25, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5TG or via www.hongkonglegends.com. Only two tickets will be allocated to each member and on a first come, first served basis.
With a wide array of merchandise on show, the day promises to be a brilliant showcase of the legend that is Bruce Lee - with Vivendi's Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon a true tribute to the great man.
