'Front Line Attack: War Over Europe' - Story & Facts

An updated press release to celebrate the release of the demo at eidosinteractive.. This will be the first game developed using Reality Pumps brand new game engine Earth-3. Front Line Attack: War Over Europe is developed by Zuxxez Entertainment AG, Reality Pump and In-Images and is due for release September 2002 on PC.

Front Line Attack: War Over Europe depicts the struggles of war torn Europe between 1941 and 1944. Set in a real time World War II scenario the player takes control of a variety of armored and mechanical units, ground troops and air support units in epic battles of skill and nerve.

The game spans the German attack on the Soviet Union through to other important battles on the Eastern Front, operations in France and Italy to the German offensive in the Ardennes. Players can play as German, Soviet or Allied units each with access to their own vehicles and weapons.
Reality Pump's newly developed Earth-3 engine allows a spectacular level of detail and unbelievable Graphics.

Highly detailed single and multiplayer modes offer the player unprecedented levels of detail and realism. Single player campaigns offer advanced tactical operations with soldiers, armored vehicles and long-range weapon support whereas Multiplayer and Skirmish modes play like a classic RTS game with resources and base building.

3 challenging skill level (Rookie, Soldier and Veteran) provide the player with increasing levels of computer enemy aggressiveness, complexity of mission objectives, the access (or lack of it) to weapons and ammunition or the amount of funds at the player's disposal. The player can set the difficulty level at the beginning of a campaign. He can also adjust the game interface between simple and advanced mode and adjust the camera between fixed (2D isometric) and free 3D perspective.
