The developer of the game, Smoking Gun's Rob Henderson enthused, "Football fans support one club and that is a simple fact. Our current range caters for 17 clubs and 17 sets of fans. We feel that fans of the clubs we are supporting will want to take charge of their own club and see how they get on managing their team. Will it be as easy as it looks when they are sat in the stands or watching on TV? That is the question which this game will answer and it is emotional, I mean no one likes their club to fail do they?"
