The musical maestros over at the eJay development headquarters, Stuttgart, Germany, have been working closely with DJ Sammy's Production team to bring an innovative, exclusive DJ Sammy demo to all those fans and aspiring DJs alike...with exclusive samples just waiting for that ultimate remix! Ministry of Sound will be using the exclusive eJay demo to compliment a dedicated promotional campaign in the run up to the new single and Album release in March 2003.
Using the brand new Dance eJay 5 3D sound engine, the eJay development team have focused on integrating DJ Sammy's brand new samples into the demo, allowing the user to make stunning dance tracks within minutes! By combining the high-tech musical capabilities and 3D eJay engine, a selection of stunning instruments and FX, plus extracts of DJ Sammy's "Sunlight" samples, this will be a promotional tool a cut above the rest!
DJ Sammy has already enjoyed international success with the # 1 smash hit "Heaven", a reworking of the legendary summer holiday soundtrack Bryan Adam's original 80's track. Following on from here, the February release of 'Boys of Summer' stormed in at number 2 in the charts, pushing the album release, 'Heaven' into the Top 20 of the UK Album Chart!
Aspiring artists will find the demo posted on the official DJ Sammy website www.djsammy.co.uk, encouraging users to create original remixes of 'Sunlight'! DJ Sammy, Ministry and eJay will be judging all the remix tracks together, with the ultimate aim of encouraging people to get into music making and creating. The best remix track will win DJ Sammy branded merchandise from Ministry of Sound, copies of 'Sunlight' single/ 'Heaven' album and of course a copy of Dance eJay 5!
