Shrouded Isles extends the story and enhances the action of Dark Age of Camelot with new character classes, new races and three new continents, displayed in an all-new graphics engine. The expansion also features a revamped user-interface and an all-new ambient music system that randomly constructs musical expressions based on the player's location and the time of day. Graphical improvements include almost 100 new monster models and almost 400 new weapon, armour and shield graphics.
Shrouded Isles also has many new quests, thousands of new monster encounters and an innovative artificial intelligence system enabling monsters to behave and attack in deadly new ways.
More than 600,000 people have played Dark Age of Camelot worldwide. The title is known for its opportunities for collaboration, evidenced by the fact that more than 60,000 people around the world have played simultaneously at peak times
Currently Dark Age of Camelot has more than 220,000 subscribers.
