'Gore' - v1.50 Update Patch Available NOW

Get the Gore v1.50 patch off WP (25mb)

  • Due to differences between the sniper rifle and the assassin rifle, I just gave shaun the assassin rifle. Now they are identical except for the G4.
  • Anti spam server fix. Hyper spamming should no longer crash or slow down servers.
  • Scoreboard should be fixed in Tact.
  • "limiteplayerselection()" can now be added to config files, so if you want your server to only allow one mech, place limiteplayerselection("krogen", 1) in the ctf.cfg file and only 1 krogen will be allowed to play at a time.
  • ALL non mech classes except for VIP's now should die with two bullet shots to the head. Bullets classify as pistols, riot, ingrams, minigun. Rockets, shotguns, energy weapons should behave as before regarding the head.
  • Reduced attempts_per_ray on the shotgun. Now it will take a careful aim.
  • Reduced stamina damage on shotgun. Its settings were set for around 6 rays, not 10... I've observed in tact assassins and chicks getting hit by one shot and they were huffing and puffing pretty hard.
  • Increase spread on the minigun primary and secondary.
  • Changed the riotgun gas to be less effective than the last few builds, but more effective than before.
  • Reduced flaming grenade explosion damage.
  • Removed 2 bullet shot head kills. The main reason we tried it was because Heavies were taking too much damage to kill. Perhaps mediums will stand a chance in DM now against heavy.
  • Made Heavy players take more damage from explosions, nearly as much as Jack. (.75 instead of .45)
  • f ixed ammo count on shauns snipergun to 15 instead of 5.
