About Judy

As WP's managing editor, I edit review and preview articles, attempt to keep up with the frantic pace of Rainier's news posts, and keep our reviewers on deadline, which is akin to herding cats. When I have a moment to myself and don't have my nose in a book, I like to play action/RPG, adventure and platforming games.

'Time Crisis: Crisis Zone' (PS2) Goes Gold - Screens

by Judy on Sept. 15, 2004 @ 10:29 a.m. PDT

"Time Crisis: Crisis Zone takes first-person action shooting to the next level by offering unlockable double-gun gameplay, highly interactive environments and a new arsenal of weapons" said Rod Nakamoto, executive vice president of research and development. "Time Crisis: Crisis Zone is sure to satisfy even the itchiest of trigger fingers when it arrives in stores this fall."

Time Crisis: Crisis Zone travels to the heart of Garland Square, located on the outskirts of London, where a terrorist group has seized the newly opened complex. Taking on the role of elite Special Tactics Force counter-terrorism officer Claude McGarren, players enjoy an unprecedented level of realistic interaction with the gameplay environments, including shooting items off of store shelves and tables, burning clothing racks and breaking glass. Along the way, players can blaze through levels and obliterate enemies using two GUNCON2's by unlocking the double-gun shooting feature. More unlockable features including extra gameplay modes, special settings and new enemies provide additional depth and replay value to the latest installment in the Time Crisis series of games.
