As WP's managing editor, I edit review and preview articles, attempt to keep up with the frantic pace of Rainier's news posts, and keep our reviewers on deadline, which is akin to herding cats. When I have a moment to myself and don't have my nose in a book, I like to play action/RPG, adventure and platforming games.

by Judy on Feb. 14, 2005 @ 8:10 a.m. PST

Aurora Watching is a third person perspective stealth game taking place in the Arctic. During the mission, Sullivan faces many opponents, not all of whom are human and each of which can be defeated in many ways, Mini-games, puzzles, and hi-tech gadgets keep players excited from the very beginning to the end.

During routine maneuvers in the Barent's Sea, a Russian submarine Komsomoletz II unexpectedly crashes down. Intelligence indicates that hours before the catastrophe, the submarine emerged from a submarine "cemetery" in St. Joseph's Land. A closer look at the area revealed a military complex containing laboratories built for an unknown purpose, under the control of Jacek Parecki, one of the best DNA scientists of the world, who is both genius and morally rotten.

Two agents in black find Sullivan on the floor, and it seems that the hero who had once saved the world has been drinking for over two years. Will he manage to approach Parecki once again?
