Capcom announced that the Resident Evil series is coming to the Wii with two new titles. This summer, Capcom will release Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, incorporating the control functionality of the Wii Remote, and later this year, the new game Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles.

A check on firehawkgame.com reveals a blank site, registered by Ubisoft, which has now also launched a new teaser page Rev64.com without any title reference, but featuring the Tom Clancy icon/logo. Nintendo Beats Expectations, Increases Forecast

For the fourth time, Nintendo raised its sales and profit forecast for the business year that ended March 31, mainly thanks to high demand for its DS titles, as well as the Wii console. Sales were up 7% ($8.1 billion) compared to last year, beating analysts' expected 3% increase. In the past business year, eight of the 10 best-selling games in Japan were DS titles. In February, Nintendo sold more than twice as many Wii's in Japan and the U.S. than Sony's PS3. Stock prices rose 2%, nearly doubling in value over the last 12 months.
