In a month-long study of 40 adults in their 60s and 70s, researchers found that those who learned to play a strategy-heavy video game (Rise of Nations) improved their scores on a number of tests of memory, reasoning and the ability to multitask, indicating that video games that keep players on their toes might help older adults keep their brains sharp.

'Cry On' (X360) Canceled

Japanese video game developer and publisher AQ Interactive, known for Bullet Witch, Vampire Rain, and currently working on Blue Dragon Plus, has officially canceled its upcoming action RPG Cry On (developed by Mistwalker/Cavia). AQI issued a statement saying, "AQI decided to cancel the project after analyzing the current market environment and forecasts for the future. We deeply apologize for troubling those who were awaiting its release."

'Street Fighter IV' (ALL) - 31 New Screens

SF IV features a mix of returning favorites (Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li etc.) along with new characters created for this game, such as Crimson Viper, Abel, El Fuerte, and Rufus.
