ArmA 2 is set in the near future, year 2009, in a fictional post soviet country called Chernarus. Players will be sent as members of a US Marine Corps Force Recon squad to this country to prevent further civilian casualties and ensure ongoing stability there.

Revealed earlier this year, the September issue of EGM has the first details on EA's free-roaming Skate 2. Set five years after the original, San Vanelona's been rebuild after it was hit by a natural disaster. Skate 2 will sport a Tiger Woods-like character editor, allow you to play as a girl, a tweaked camera angle including a 3rd person view, run at 60fps and have no load times when teleporting to a session marker.
