They're Codemasters' top of the pops, they're the games that make the incredible line up for the new "Codemasters' Best Sellers" range launching on PC on October 12th.
With a RRP of £12.99 for each title, Codemasters' new range represents some of the finest PC entertainment of the past two years.

The blockbuster launch line up is confirmed as: TOCA 2 Touring Cars, Severance: Blade of Darkness, Colin McRae Rally 2.0, Insane, World Championship Snooker and Music 2000.

The new range mirrors Codemasters' Best Sellers range on PlayStation, which has had a dominating performance in the budget charts. At one point there were an amazing nine games from Codemasters' PlayStation Best Sellers range placed in the official chart top 30. Indeed, certain titles have become some of the best-selling budget games ever in figures extrapolated from the Chart Track charts.

Says Neil Ralley, Codemasters' Sales Director:
"You could not wish for a better line up of acclaimed titles to debut in a range. Every title has been a major success in its own right at full price and we are delighted to make these titles available within the Best Sellers price range for the winter season."

TOCA 2 Touring Cars (£12.99)
TOCA 2 Touring Cars delivers twice the speed, detail, features and excitement of Britain's most aggressive, competitive motor sport. The perfect car handling and closely fought races wipes the tarmac with any other circuit-based racer. An advanced and enhanced graphics engine drives the game in immaculate detail and at an exhilarating speed. Featuring all the real cars, real teams, and real drivers the game offers the UK's most famous race circuits - Donington Park GP, Silverstone International, Thruxton, Brands Hatch Indy, Oulton Park, Croft, Knockhill and Snetterton.

Severance: Blade of Darkness (£12.99)
Severance: Blade of Darkness delivers the ultimate hack and slash combat adventure and displays some of bloodiest combat scenes seen in PC gaming. Described as "The best fantasy combat game yet on the PC" by PC Gamer, Severance: Blade of Darkness is set in a world of heroes and quests. The combat's everything a barbarian hero could wish for, including the ability for a sword-wielding player to hack an opponent's limb off, pick up the dismembered bloody limb and use it as a club to batter the victim into submission, as jets of blood pour from wounds.

Colin McRae Rally 2.0 (£12.99)
Redefining the defining moment for rally games, Codemasters' chart-dominating rally game Colin McRae Rally 2.0 delivers heart-racing action. Starring McRae's Ford Focus as one of the 12 rally cars accurately recreated in the game, the action delivers all the speed, all the thrills and looks and feels better than ever imaginable. In addition to the high-end rally driving action and unparalleled car handling the brand is famous for, Colin McRae Rally 2.0 introduces a riotous arcade game mode. Colin McRae Rally 2.0 wows with jaw-dropping visuals and combines incredibly detailed car and scenery graphics to deliver exhilarating rally courses across the world.

Insane (£12.99)
The multiplayer all-terrain 4x4 racing title Insane is the game where dangerous driving is the safest bet. With gameplay especially designed for multiplayer online and Local Area Network play, Insane puts players behind the wheel of off-road vehicles including jeeps, trucks and even military vehicles all with realistic, individual handling. Featuring stunning simultaneous multiplayer racing, players can kick up plenty of road dirt against human or computer generated competitors across terrain guaranteed to put even the toughest suspension to the test.

World Championship Snooker (£12.99)
Real players, real venues, real shots and the whole atmosphere: the PC edition of Codemasters' chart-topping World Championship Snooker is the wholly authentic recreation of one of the UK's most popular sports.
Starring 20 of the world's top snooker champions, including Stephen Hendry, Ken Doherty, Mark Williams, Ronnie O'Sullivan and Dennis Taylor, the game carries the endorsement of the World Snooker Association and enables players to take to the table in the Crucible, the world's most recognised snooker venue.

Music 2000 (£12.99)
Music 2000 enables bedroom DJs and wannabe producers to construct and remix music tracks and create and direct accompanying graphic-based videos with ease. The software is also powerful enough for skilled musicians to write and arrange tracks with their own edited riffs and manipulated sounds. Firmly established as the most comprehensive, easy-to-use, and flexible music creation package, Music 2000's PC CD-ROM incarnation makes the brand stand head and shoulders above the competition.

Codemasters' Best Sellers range launches on PC on October 12th, with a RRP of £12.99 for each title.
