LucasArts Escalates the Conflict With All-New Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns Expansion
Mission Pack for Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds to Feature Two New Civilizations and 14 Dynamic New Battle Scenarios Inspired by Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones
Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns features 14 original single-player combat scenarios, new civilizations, environments, vehicles, and more than 200 new units. By adding the expansion pack to Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, in both skirmish and multiplayer modes, players can mix and match civilizations from Attack of the Clones with those from the classic Star Wars universe.
``Clone Campaigns gives us an opportunity to incorporate compelling new Star Wars: Episode II content with improvements in the gameplay, much of which was gleaned from the tremendous feedback received from the player community over the past few months,'' says Tom Byron, director of product marketing for LucasArts.
Clone Campaigns, as in its predecessor, is built upon enhanced engine technology from Ensemble Studios' Age of KingsĀ®. The expansion pack will feature numerous technical improvements including upgraded shields, power cores, and new effects.
Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns requires a copy of the retail version of the original game in order to be played.
