ATARI is proud to reveal the new global marketing campaign for the eagerly anticipated STUNTMAN for PlayStation 2. ATARI has consistently strived for perfection and has therefore hired a high profile crew to capture the essence of the game with a hint of the movie industry. We forgot to post this one a few days ago ... but the babe included forced us to do it .. really .. she DID!

STUNTMAN - beyond driving

Check our previously posted in-game screens!

Photographer Julian BAJZERT, the man behind the classic American Marlboro Ad campaigns, has produced a collection of amazing images from the 5-day shoot in Los Angeles and the Mojave Desert. Julian was joined by stunning model Charlie O'Neal who brought a touch of Hollywood glamour to the shoot. 23-year-old UK-born Charlie, who previously worked on the Solero and Dr Pepper campaigns and has featured on a variety of lifestyle magazines, will be joining the crew again for the shooting of the Stuntman TV commercial in February.

Alex TURNER, TV Director of Volkswagen, Panasonic and Elf Campaigns to name a few, will be directing the TV commercial shoot and will bring a certain lifestyle feel to the whole project. The globally integrated campaign will consist of print; TV and cinema advertising campaigns, In-store presence, and a dedicated product web site with on-line competitions as well as other partnerships with major brands.

"After the success of DRIVER 1 & 2 we are clearly convinced that we can now position STUNTMAN as a mainstream product", said Larry Sparks, Vice President of European Marketing, "We have an incredible array of talent working on the ad campaigns and we are looking forward to unveiling their hard work very shortly."

STUNTMAN is being developed by Newcastle studio, Reflections Interactive, creators of Destruction Derby 1&2 and the blockbuster series DRIVER 1&2. Scheduled for release in May 2002, Stuntman lets players experience the thrill of handling numerous vehicles with the ultimate goal of being the highest paid Hollywood stuntman in the filming industry.
