"The VATZ design is so impressive that we needed a technology equally powerful," stated Dee Brown, president and founder of Beenox. "In the past several months, we put the best we got in developing a 3D engine that would have everything a gamer may expect and more: Goliath was born."
Goliath includes such features as an advanced physic engine, open-ended logic architecture, real-time shadows and lighting, ultra-customizable particle systems, level of detail rendering, animation interpolation, animation morphing and blending as well as video card-specific features and optimizations such as vertex and pixel shaders on the GeForce 3.
