This strictly invitation only event will take place at Po-Na-Na’s in Hammersmith on Thursday June 27th and will be a no-holds-barred celebration of what is set to be the biggest global PC release ever.

Warcraft III is to have a guaranteed worldwide ship of 5,000,000 units and is already being hailed as the game of the year by PC and industry pundits.

Invited guests will include key publishers, magazine editors, leading journalists from national, lifestyle and specialist press, with a host of celebrities and opinion formers expected to attend. Entertainment during the evening will come from a DJ line up from Gatecrasher, and a free bar will be provided.

Warcraft III will further establish Vivendi Universal as the second largest publisher of multimedia titles. Its subsidiaries include Vivendi Universal Games, Universal Interactive Studios, Sierra Entertainment, Blizzard Entertainment, PPGI, NDA Vivazzi, mp3.com, Universal Music, Universal Pictures, Canal+ and more – all of whom will be represented at the event.
