Ternary Software Launches Ternary Studios

by Rainier on July 15, 2002 @ 10:15 p.m. PDT

Software development consulting firm Ternary Software recently announced its entrance into the game development space with the launch of its new division, Ternary Studios.
To aid the transition into the industry, Ternary has engaged the services of Psychosys, Inc.; a sales and marketing consulting firm that helps game developers secure contracts and bring products to market. Psychosys will seek a publisher for Ternary's first product, a puzzle game titled "Balloonz" for the GameBoy Advance, and will assist Ternary's search for contract work and other opportunities. "The industry knowledge and contacts the Psychosys team brings are exactly what Ternary needs to enhance our growth in this new line of business," remarks Brian Robertson, Ternary's CEO and head of the new Ternary Studios division.
