Exclusive Pre-Sell Program For Command & Conquer Generals

Exclusive "Officers Club" pack available to those who pre-order the 3D RTS.. Electronic Arts announced today that, beginning this week, it will offer an exclusive Officers Club pack to players who pre-order the highly-anticipated 3D real-time strategy game, Command & Conquer Generals from participating retailers. Command & Conquer Generals will be published by EA under the EA GAMES brand Feb. 11, 2003.

The Officers Club pack is the only place to get exclusive information and in-game elements including:

A unique Officers Club medal icon that appears on the player's online "My Persona" screen and by the player's name when setting up a custom multiplayer match.

An Officers Club flag that appears on the player's Command Center when playing online.

A full-color fold-out tech tree card with all the units, vehicles, buildings and upgrades for each of the three sides.

A full-color multiplayer map strategy card featuring winning tips and tricks from the Command & Conquer Generals development team.

An interactive CD-ROM with concept art, movies, music and more.

Beginning this week, players can obtain the Officers Club pack by pre-ordering Command & Conquer Generals either online or from their local software store. Retailers currently participating in the pre-sell program are www.EA.com, Electronics Boutique, www.EBWorld.com, GameStop, www.GameStop.com, CompUSA and MediaPlay.

Command & Conquer Generals puts players' trigger fingers on the pulse of modern warfare as they become a powerful general and control massive armies of bleeding-edge military weaponry across a globe teetering on the brink of Armageddon. Three unique sides will be available, each with customizable high-tech arsenals ready to deliver unprecedented firepower on land or in the skies.
