New Development Studio 'Gusto Games'

Gusto Games is a new and enthusiastic start up development studio based in Warwickshire, will be moving this weekend to new premises in Oxfordshire. Their new address will be Gusto Games, Bloxham Mill, Barford, Bloxham, Banbury, OX15 4FF.

Gusto Games is made up of 11 members of staff all of whom previously worked as a close-knit group at GUSTO GAMES - 'GUSTO' - enjoyment, enthusiasm, zeal and zest.for in excess of 8 years. The majority of these individuals worked in the core technology group, or were lead gameplay programmers; responsible for the delivery of a wide range of Soccer titles across all major gaming platforms since 1994.

Fred Gill Managing Director of Gusto Games states that, "I know that we have a dedicated, experienced and proven group of talented individuals, with a track record of delivering games on time. The whole team is in agreement that the future for the current and next generation platforms lies in providing games with both strong online and community building features. We are now in an advantageous position to exploit the work that we have already put in, whilst working under a previous regime and we will be looking to discuss these opportunities with a select number of potential publishing partners in the near future".

Gill also commented "The team has a wealth of experience within the football development field and as a result we would welcome discussions with any publisher looking for a developer to provide an affordable, mid to long term soccer solution for their existing product portfolio".

"It's extremely hard being a developer at the moment, but we believe that our pedigree for delivering quality games to schedule, along with our vision for online, community building and community driven games gives us a very promising future."

GAMES WORKED ON WHILST WORKING AT SILICON DREAMS INCLUDE: Fever Pitch Megadrive and SNES, Olympic Soccer PC & PSX, Soccer '97 PC & PSX, World League Soccer '98 Saturn, PSX and PC, Michael Owen's World League Soccer '99/2000 for PSX, PC and N64, The UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE Franchise, across PC, PSX and PS2, as well as Lego Island 2, Football Mania and Lego Racers 2 for Lego Media, to name but a few.
