'Celebrity Deathmatch' (ALL) Hits The Road

Gotham Games is bringing dangerous celebrities to your city. The company is taking its eagerly anticipated new title, MTV’s Celebrity Deathmatch, on the road with the Celebrity Deathmatch Summer “Slay” Ride. Teaming with promotional partners GamePro Magazine and TVT Records, Gotham Games’ Celebrity Deathmatch-themed van will roll to 16 cities and give gamers the chance to be among the first to try out the crazy fun of the entertainment satire game before it hits stores this fall. In addition, visitors to the rolling chaos-mobile will be able to register for tons of cool prizes and sample the latest sounds of the hard-hitting metal band Nothingface.

Based on the irreverent MTV claymation hit series, MTV’s Celebrity Deathmatch will be available on the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, Xbox video game system from Microsoft, PlayStation® game console, Nintendo GameCube and PC. About Celebrity Deathmatch

"Celebrity Deathmatch," was a weekly clay animated series on MTV: Music Television. Each episode featured three no-holds-barred fantasy fights that parodied and poked fun at the worlds of film, television, music and politics through the use of clay renderings of the hottest celebrities pitted against each other in a ring. The series launched in fall 1997 and ran for 3 years on MTV.
