The amazing photo-realistic graphics, nature sounds and ambient animals create an authentic environment as HU2 puts the hunter directly into the fields and woods waiting for the next snap of a twig or grunt from a big buck or bull. HU2 also contains the adrenaline-pumping action of intense and fast-shooting mini-games, the excitement of mission-based play, and more than 50 different weapons and accessories at the players' disposal.

Hunting Unlimited® 2 appeals to all video game hunters. Most hunting games simply drop you in the woods and focus on recreating the unhurried and determined pace of actual hunting. HU2 is a far more action-based game, while still remaining extremely realistic and accurate in all respects. You know you are going to see animals, and it is up to you to hunt them wisely. In addition to more than 75 scenario-based missions, HU2 also features a Free Hunt mode that will please those who enjoy the measured, more determined pace of traditional hunting.

Players can also use the brand new in-game Mission Editor to create their own unique hunting experiences quickly and easily. The powerful editor allows players to design missions on the fly, test their missions and tweak them until they are perfect, all from within the game. They can even recreate their favorite real-life hunts with the editor and can easily email and trade missions with friends. The preset Missions, Free Hunt Mode and Mission Editor create a practically endless amount of gameplay.

HU2 features the Grizzly (Brown) Bear, White-tailed Deer, Mule Deer, Moose and Elk -- and adds three new challenging species: Bison, Pronghorn Antelope and Mountain Goat. There are also more than a dozen ambient animals that add to the realism of the hunting environments. Plus, hunters can use the target range to perfect their aim, ensuring their 3D Trophy Room will be stocked with high-scoring trophies.

Players can play in both first person and third person viewpoints, moving their character through incredibly realistic environments with trees that sway in the wind, changing time of day, amazing shadows, photo-realistic textures, lush grass and ground vegetation. There is even the visually stunning "Bulletcam" view that gives an adrenaline-packed bullets-eye-view of perfectly, or not so perfectly, placed shots. When players make a "kill shot" they will see an amazingly real animation of the animal after it was hit -- more authentic than any hunting game to date. The game also gives the player more control over camera positions, scopes and binocular zooming qualities, plus easier control over the inventory and hunting actions.
