The release of the long awaited Science Fiction shooter BREED in February kicks off the year 2004. With 22 different vehicles and a huge array of weaponry at their disposal gamers can join the fight against the alien invaders in single and multiplayer mode.
The second quarter offers a special treat for strategy fans: Codename Panzers will set new benchmarks in RTS gaming. The title also boasts a brand-new 3D engine guaranteeing fantastic graphics. Fans of wargame strategy can look forward to an action-packed add-on to Blitzkrieg, to be launched in the second quarter of 2004. The third big release lets gamers fight with weapons of quite a different kind - female wiles. The Erotic-Action Adventure Lula 3D promises a heady cocktail of sauciness, action and testing puzzled.
Straightforward Xbox Action is on the menu for the third quarter when Vultures releases (in the US). In brutal arena combat gamers have to fight for their survival and to please the crowds. The fantastic graphics, amazing light effects and the technical prowess of Vultures have already wowed the specialist press. Release in Europe is planned for the fourth quarter. More non-stop action comes courtesy of an add-on to BREED which is set to be launched in the third quarter of 2004. And this is the title many strategy fans have been waiting for: Cossacks II - the long-awaited sequel to the hugely successful Cossacks which sold over a million copies - will be released in the third quarter.
Two add-ons complete the last quarter: Blitzkrieg (2. add-on) and Codename Panzers expansions will hit the shelves before Christmas.
Looking forward 2005 already promises one huge top titel: Blitzkrieg II is set to release in the first quarter of 2005. The technology will be completely overhauled, giving Blitzkrieg a brand new engine and presenting the game in 3D.
Dirk Weber, Development Director: "After personel and organizational changes in 2003, the product portfolio for 2004 has been adapted to our new business strategy. We'll be focussing primarily on our top titles like BREED, Panzers, Blitzkrieg and Cossacks, and will be expanding these in the next few years into our central product lines. All games mentioned already have either contracts for subsequent titles or contracts that are being negotiated.
