THQ and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced the release of The Polar Express for the PlayStation 2, GameCube and Game Boy Advance, as well as PC.

The games are based on the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures holiday release, "The Polar Express," an adaptation of the internationally acclaimed children's book. The Polar Express video games are now available at retailers across North America.

"We are pleased to release video games that capture the impressive beauty of the film and include fun and exciting gameplay to draw players further into the story."

"The Polar Express games are furthering the evolving relationship between Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and THQ," said Jason Hall, senior vice president, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
