Fluent Entertainment announced today that it has acquired the Crusty Demons license from Fleshwound Films, LLC for use in the creation of console video games. A Crusty Demons freestyle motocross game will be based on the popular ‘Crusty Demons of Dirt’ videos, which is the largest-selling action sports video series of all time with 9 titles and sales to over 60 countries.

“Crusty Demons is a brand with proven and unquestionable credentials as one of the most credible and authentic names in youth sports,” said Dominique Bourse, CEO and Director of Fluent Entertainment. “We are working closely with Fleshwound Films to convey in an interactive game the explosive action found in freestyle motocross.”

“By partnering with Fluent Entertainment, we are bringing the authentic feel of freestyle motocross to console gamers around the world who may, or may not, have experienced the breathtaking thrills of the sport,” said Jon Freeman, owner of Fleshwound Films. “Further, by bringing Crusty Demons to the TV video game screen, we will be pleasing the millions of fans who already know our infamous riders, and now will get to play them.”

Fluent’s freestyle moto-x console game will feature intense freestyle moto-x action from some of the most well known names in this electrifying sport. Famed riders in the game will include Seth Enslow, Kenny Bartram, Jeremy Stenberg (Twitch), Ronnie Faisst, Jesse Olson, Beau Bamburg, Jason Thorne, Colin Morrison, Dan Pastor and Bubba.

The series has spawned several sold-out tours featuring some of the world’s greatest freestyle riders, and helped to make the sport the second largest motorsport in America behind NASCAR.
