'Shadow Tower: Abyss' (PS2) Cancelled

by Rainier on Feb. 18, 2004 @ 11:22 p.m. PST

Agetec's Mark 'Duhrin' Johnson revealed on the official Agetec forum that From Software's upcoming horror/FPS "Shadow Tower: Abyss" has been rejected by SCEA's (Sony Computer Entertainment America) Quality Control department and therefor is now cancelled. According to Johnson, reason for the thumbs down was the poor graphics and the fact that there was no market for this type of game in North America. Metro3D might still release 'Shadow Tower: Abyss' in Europe. If you want to read more about it then head on over to Agetec's forum.
