Fixes in this installation include:

• v1.38 of FleetCommand.exe
• v1.00 scenario update
• 3D update to fix the crash to desktop on launch of Phoenix missile

Fleet Command Update Version 1.38

• Fleet Command.exe (file version 0.1.0.0) In the "Other version information" area selecting "File Version" or "Product Version" should display 1.38
• Sound support: An inconsistency was found and fixed in the use of the sound thread support. This fix appears to help stability under Windows XP.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: If Fleet Command is crashing when a Phoenix missile is launched you MUST re-install Fleet Command using the updated Fleet Command Installer for Win2000/XP
