'Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow' Xbox Live Tournament

by Rainier on April 23, 2004 @ 2:04 a.m. PDT

Addicts of Ubisoft's Splinter Cell now have a dramatic new mission with Sam Fisher – to win the first tournament on the Xbox Live service featuring Ubisoft's long-awaited Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow. Gamers that pride themselves on their strategy, weapons skills and stealth manoeuvres now have the chance to prove themselves in the Xbox Live tournament - running from 26th April to the 26th May 2004.

What is the prize?

Outsmart and humiliate your opponents on Xbox Live and win the ultimate prize of a Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Pandora Tomorrow Spy Kit worth £2,650 containing a Samsung finger-print activated Laptop, Samsung Camcorder with Nightcapture mode, a Crystal Xbox console with two controllers plus an Xbox Live Starter Kit with a copy of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Pandora Tomorrow to give to one of your friends. The Spy Kit comes in a special case, personalised with the winner's Gamertag. Five runners up receive goody bags worth £100 containing a Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Pandora Tomorrow Glow in the Dark T-shirt, Personal FM Radio, postcards, telescopic pen and more.

How do I take part?

All you need to do to take part is to play Ubisoft's Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell® Pandora Tomorrow on the Xbox Live service from 12.00hrs (midday BST) on 26th April to 12.00hrs (midday BST) on 26th May. Gamers must play a ranking game every time on the Xbox Live service (including Mercenaries or Spies on any map or game configuration) to ensure that their scores are registered. Scores will be recorded during this period and at 12:00 BST on the 26th May the six highest scoring eligible players across the participating countries will then be notified by email and their Gamertags announced on Xbox.com.

To be eligible, gamers should be over 18, be opted in for communication with Xbox Live so that Xbox Live can contact them if they win and be in one of the ten participating European countries - Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the UK and Switzerland.

Terms and conditions of the tournament can be found at the following http://www.xbox.com/en-gb/tomclancyssplintercellpandoratomorrow/tournament.htm
