Enlight, a leading entertainment software developer and publisher, announced today that it has launched its TrackMania web site which features the latest demo of the game, full details of the North America version, as well as screenshots and artwork of the game. A fast paced track racing game, TrackMania has been praised by reviewers across Europe for its blend of strategy elements with great racing action. Trackmania was shipped to retail stores across Europe late last year.
"Whoever you are, whatever your background, no matter how old you are, TrackMania is bound to appeal," praised Adam Shirley of PC Gameworld.com. "It presents an innocent and undiluted slice of pure fun, and that makes a refreshing change from much of the convoluted garbage that litters the shop shelves. We need more games like this!"
Developed for mass-market appeal, TrackMania allows players to build huge racetracks and then tackle them solo or over the Internet with other players from around the world. "TrackMania is an extremely addictive, fun game to play," said Paul Lombardi, Chief Executive Officer of Enlight Interactive, the U.S. publishing operation of Enlight. "With a loyal following across Europe, we expect TrackMania to do very well when it hits North American retail stores early this Summer."
Developed by Nadeo and published in the United States and Canada by Enlight Interactive Inc., TrackMania will be available on Windows PC, priced at $29.99 (U.S.). For additional information please visit the official Trackmania website.
