'Bujingai: The Forsaken City' (PS2) Goes Gold

by Judy on July 20, 2004 @ 7:03 a.m. PDT

BAM! Entertainment, Inc. today announced that Bujingai: The Forsaken City for the PlayStation 2 has gone gold and will be shipping to retailers across North America on July 22, 2004.

"In a time period where consumers are looking for exciting new and graphically beautiful product, Bujingai delivers," said Senior Vice President Len Ciciretto. "The press has given the game great reviews and rates it as one of the best sword-slashing games for the PlayStation 2."

The game begins in another time. An isolated island-city stands as home to much of what remains of the human race. The ancient technology, which annihilated most of the earth, has now opened a gateway to a hellish dimension, unleashing a horde of demons upon the city. One warrior, armed with a pair of swords and an arsenal of magic spells, goes to battle the army of demons. The warrior's name is Lau, and thousands will die by his hand.
