When I have a moment to myself and don't have my nose in a book, I like to play action/RPG, adventure and platforming games.

'Ghost Master' (PS2/Xbox) Gets Console Release Date

by Judy on July 22, 2004 @ 1:04 a.m. PDT

Released in March 2003, the PC version of Ghost Master received high praise from the media, with UK PC Zone awarding the title an 87% review score.

As a servant of the afterlife you are tasked with completing numerous missions in the mortal realm. These can vary, from clearing locations of the annoying living humans that inhabit the area, to helping out fellow spirits by laying them to rest and then utilising them to help your complete future objectives.

Empire Interactive realised that the PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions of Ghost Master needed to be overhauled to suit the more immediate 'pick up and play' needs of the console gamer. The game interface has been totally redesigned so all interactions and commands can be easily and quickly accessed with a couple of quick clicks of the pad.

Also, battle elements have been added to the mix to keep console players excited and on their toes while meeting the other objectives of each mission. Where as before your ghosts didn't have too much to fear, this time round witches, priests and other powerful humans will be encountered and fought.
