NOTE ABOUT DRIVERS FOR ATI RADEON MOBILITY CARDS
There are many notebook manufacturers who do not provide updated graphics card drivers. If you have a recent ATI Radeon card and can't find any official drivers, try www.omegadrivers.net

DirectX™ from Microsoft® is part of the Windows operating system
used by developers to allow games to take full advantage of your
computers hardware.

PERFORMANCE TIPS
The LAUNCHER WINDOW appears everytime you run the game. Here you can change many graphical settings that affects the speed and
visual quality of the game.
SCREEN RESOLUTION
Decreasing the screen resolution to 640x480 increases framerate
dramatically on older PC hardware.
Additional options can be found on the ADVANCED SETTINGS page. You may experiment with these in order to achieve maximum performance and graphical quality.
HARDWARE 3D / SOFTWARE 3D
For the best game experience, we recommend to run the game in HARDWARE 3D mode. If you have an older PC, HARDWARE 3D mode may not work correcly, in which case you must run the game in SOFTWARE 3D (the game runs on almost any PC in SOFTWARE 3D mode).
FULLSCREEN / WINDOWED
Running the game in FULLSCREEN mode normally results in the best performance and graphical quality. For widescreen displays (as featured in modern laptop computers), WINDOWED mode is usually preferable to avoid a stretched image.
TEXTURE QUALITY
Graphics cards with low amounts of RAM may benefit from decreasing the TEXTURE QUALITY. Suggested settings;
HIGH QUALITY - graphics cards with 64+ MB RAM
MEDIUM QUALITY - graphics cards with 32+ MB RAM
LOW QUALITY - graphics cards with 8-32 MB RAM
TOON INKING
Disabling TOON INKING may dramatically increase speed for certain graphics cards that render anti-aliased (AA) lines very slowly.
DYNAMIC SHADOWS
This feature is dependant on the speed of your CPU and should be the option of choice to disable in order to increase framerate. Note that most integrated graphic cards do not provide enough fillrate to handle DYNAMIC SHADOWS efficiently.
MONITOR V-SYNC
This option ensures a tear-free and stable framerate, but may decrease overall performance on older graphics cards.
ANISOTROPIC TEXTURE FILTERING
If your graphics card supports ANISOTROPIC TEXTURES, enabling this options will make the game look sharper.
FULL 32 BIT COLOR
In FULLSCREEN mode, the FULL 32 BIT COLOR option provides rich and vivid colors. In WINDOWED MODE, the game uses the colour mode of your Windows desktop. For certain graphic cards, enabling 32 BIT COLOR may be required in order for shadows to display correctly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Always, always, always ensure that you have a minimum of programs running in the background. We recommend you shut down all other applications before running the game (in particular, chat, messenger, and e-mail software may cause problems).
• You may also need to disable anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall software (some of these could prevent the game from starting).
• Many technical problems can be solved simply by updating your graphics and sound card drivers (drivers are usually available from your hardware manufacturer’s website).
