DemonWare Gets Nominated For Award

DemonWare today announced that it has been selected as a finalist for the Game Developer Magazine Frontline award in the middleware category. DemonWare's multiplayer tools are widely regarded in the computer games industry as being the most developer-friendly and powerful available.

"This is a fantastic display of industry recognition for the approach we've taken with our technology and support", stated Dylan Collins, DemonWare CEO. He continued, "Working with publishers of such caliber as Activision, Atari, Sega and many others have really focused our efforts to deliver products that enhance online gaming and streamline multiplayer development on all platforms. It's an incredible feeling to see so many killer titles using our technology."

Collins also took the opportunity to announce some of the latest DemonWare licensees which include Sumo Digital, Leftfield, Bits Interactive and Supersonic Software. DemonWare technology is being used in a wide range of titles on PS2, PSP, Xbox, Xbox 360 and other platforms.
