Only 39% Of Xbox 360s Sold In Japan

Japanese magazine Famitsu has the first Xbox 360 sales numbers since its launch last weekend. Initial reports of it selling out seem to be very untrue, unless it was meant for a specific store. Out of the 159,000 total available units, only 39% were actually sold, which translates into roughly 62,000 X360s on its first two days. In comparison, the original Xbox sold 123,000 units in its first three days. Seems Microsoft has some work cut out for them ...
