After hours of fierce competition, 15-year old Patrick Dicks from Warren, Ohio triumphed over the 15 other competitors as the first place winner. Patrick Dicks was awarded a copy of Yu-Gi-Oh! Online (PC), Master Collection set and a limited edition booster pack of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards from Upper Deck), Yu-Gi-Oh! branded merchandise, a spot to duel in the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2005 Tournament in Tokyo, Japan and bragging rights as the Yu-Gi-Oh! U.S. Championship Finals Video Game Champion.
The Yu-Gi-Oh! U.S. Finals second, third, fourth and fifth place winners are (in order): 13-year old Raymond Lantz III (Miami, Florida), 14-year old Matthew Mancuso (Enfield, Connecticut), 20-year old Jason Lee (Oakland, California), and 32-year old Brian Dunlap (Morrison, Colorado).
