The first fruits of the deal are expected in Q2 2006, further strengthening the Oxygen line-up. Globally recognisable franchises will slot into a range already offering huge mainstream appeal, as the Oxygen brand continues to go from strength to strength.
"We are delighted to strategically partner with Crave Entertainment for the publishing of their high-value titles across Europe and Asia Pacific," said Oxygen's CEO Jim Scott. "With Crave's popular US/NTSC releases available alongside our own upcoming titles, Oxygen now offers an unparalleled entertainment label geared to the unique media consumption needs of lifestyle and leisure gamers."
"We are extremely pleased to have formed a strategic alliance with Oxygen Interactive in the PAL territories," said Mark Burke, senior vice president of product planning and business development for Crave Entertainment. "Oxygen has created an impressive presence with the key channel partners in Europe and Asia pacific in the last two years and this will enable consumers to access our range of mainstream-oriented entertainment products through 2006 and beyond."
