The game is based on the increasing worldwide popularity of break dancing and will give a realistic representation of its dance moves and actions. Two 'B-Boys' -- break dancers -- at a time will stand face to face in battle in the dance arena. No kicks, no punches -- only acrobatic moves, seeming to defy gravity. Whoever loses a single battle is out. The merciless KO-system in this competition defines the unique nature of the event that leaves only one standing in the arena -- the champion.
Stefan Layer, VP /Chief Marketing & Sales Officer of Playlogic, said, "I am very pleased that a video game will be produced and published by Playlogic based on the Red Bull BC One event. The event has the necessary vibe and mass-market appeal to create an exciting and entertaining video game. This 'virtual' break dance event will complement the annual Red Bull live contest."
"We have never seen anything like this before!" said Amigo, B-Boy from Flying Steps, after seeing the first playable demo, created by Binary Craft in South Korea. "The moves, freezes, foot work and styles are so authentic that we cannot wait to play it for the first time. The Red Bull BC One event set international standards in the world of break dancing. We expect many impressed B-Boys and gamers when they see the game."
