E3 Dress Code Enforced, Wonder Woman Asked to Leave
by Rainier on May 12, 2006 @ 10:27 a.m. PDT
Yesterday, the first victim of the newly enforced E3 dress code was asked to leave the convention. Although not affiliated with any game, booth or company, a lady dressed up as Wonder Woman was taken aside by security and asked to cover up and wear something else. Since the woman was just an attendee and did not bring any other attire, she was escorted off the premises. The E3 organization changed the dress code this year, and although it was lauded as "no more booth babes," the official stance is merely a strict banning of bikini outfits.
