Toc-Man
Pac-Man World’s first bad guy, Toc-Man, is a menacing robotic suit with a fearsome kart to match! Toc-Man was built by a ghost named Orson who found himself an outcast in Pac-Land due to his drab, gray color. In an attempt to be accepted in the colorful ghost community, he constructed the suit out of bright yellow scrap metal and became Toc-Man. After disappearing for awhile, Toc-Man recently reappeared when he opened a fully-automated factory dedicated to creating robot henchmen. It is unknown if Orson is still inside Toc-Man's robotic shell, or if the suit taken on a life of its own?
Spooky
Hundreds of years ago, Spooky was the biggest, meanest, scariest ghost in all of Pac-Land. His reign of terror lasted for years, until he was finally defeated by a brave knight named Sir Pac-A-Lot. Using some magical golden fruit, Sir Pac-A-Lot trapped Spooky under a tree right in the center of Pac-Village. There, he stayed for ages, until the ghosts Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde stole the golden fruit and inadvertently released him upon an unsuspecting Pac-Land.
Erwin
Erwin is a mean spirited, nasty, fiercely determined, egotistical, tantrum prone, bigoted, narrow-minded little creep, fuelled by Galactic Levels of greed. He’s also a genius. Like many that came before him, Erwin wanted to rule the world. He found a way to suck raw energy out of the Spectral realm (which is where all the ghosts come from), thereby collapsing it in on Pac-Land and plunging it into a catastrophic environmental disaster.
Developed by Smart Bomb Interactive, Pac-Man World Rally will be released August of 2006 for the PS2 , PSP, GameCube and PC.
