'UFO: Afterlight' Gets Slighty Delayed

by Rainier on April 16, 2007 @ 7:58 p.m. PDT

UFO: Afterlight is a mixture of squad based tactical action and global strategy with the gamer controlling the actions of elite ground troops, and the running and construction of an intricate network of interlinking bases while collecting resources.

Afterlight is a mixture of squad based tactical action and global strategy with the gamer controlling the actions of elite ground troops, and the running and construction of an intricate network of interlinking bases while collecting resources. New and unexpected enemies appear in the form of robots, built centuries ago by the unknown aliens for their protection, whose purpose is to eliminate any traces of other civilizations on Mars. It is the player's mission to guide the human race to, not only survive on the red planet, but stave off its' virtual extinction.

“We can not be more pleased at how this product is being received by the press and gaming community” says James Seaman “It has literally sky rocketed up the ratings chart into a top 15 position for PC games and, now, with full Vista support, everyone will get a chance to experience this game in all its’ glory.”

UFO: Afterlight is scheduled to hit North American retail market on May 15, 2007.
